Great you want to enlist and do a 1 time trial class for Parkour/Freerunning, Trampoline or Dance. Please choose your activity below to enlist and choose your trial class. Of course you can also register for another activity at the same price. Valid until 1 July 2025. And if you have a StadsPas (City-pass), do let us know as we can help with Stadspas/JeugdFonds for regular classes and summer camp.

VROG is centrally located in the heart of Amsterdam, with 3,000m2 sportspace and the only indoor freerunning hall with the Amsterdam city ring. We also have large trampoline park, with a football/basketball air track court. For dance we have a  state-of-the art dance studio.
