Schools & afterschool care

With 3000m2 dedicated to urban sport and urban dance, VROG can host large groups and offers a wide range of activities for all taste and ages. Schools such as International French School, ISA, AICS,BERLAGE, BARLEUS, ALASCA, 4 gymnasium, Cartesius, as well as daycare clubs Woest Zuid bring their student and kids regularly to move at VROG. We offer

• Trampoline jumping, salto workshops, dodgeball on trampo
• boulder wall
• K pop, Latin dance workshops (on request)
• And of course parkour/ freerunning

Our Dutch and English speaking trainers focus on technique & skills, coordination and focus and can deliver one-time sessions as well as longer term program over the school year. We run school programs from 1 hour to  full day programs, including ‘introduction day’ for and ‘mentor days’ for groups up to 70 students.
