TRAMPOTRICKS

Take trampoline to a more expert level. A 100% trampo training for boys and girls who want tolearn tricks and salto techniques. Come and develop your skills using both our trampoline field, airbag and our ‘super-trampolines’, under guidance of our instructor.
Sport clothes are mandatory, as well a s antislip trampoline socks (those can be bought at reception for 2.50 euros). Bring your own water bottle

  • Age 4/5: Wednesday 2.00-3.00pm
  • Age 6/9: Wednesday 3.00-4.00pm
  • Age 10/14: Wednesday 4.00-5.00pm
  • Age 8/12: Monday: 3:45 – 4:45pm – NEW

TRAMPOTRAINING 18+

Want to do more on the trampoline? learn saltos or spins for example? or maybe you are a snowboarder looking to improve your jump skills? Join our personal and duo training for adults. Your trainer will help you improve your skills, using trampoline skills as well as our performance high – jump trampolines. Beginners welcome.
Training on demand, based on trainers availabilities. Private or Duo lesson. To book your training, contact anne@vrog.nl

vrog trampoline jumping 55+

TRAMPOTRAINING 55-70 y.o.

Trampoline jumping is a great way to maintain stamina and balance, at any age! This gentle, low impact trampoline fitness session is designed for adults aged 55 to 70 who are in generally good physical condition and comfortable with light to moderate exercise. This 45mn training includes:
Warm‑up & mobility: Gentle joint mobility and posture
Balance & coordination: Controlled balance and coordination exercises
Light cardio & stretch: Low‑impact cardio and stretching
Small group of max 12 participants. Privatised trampoline field for the group. The training is given in Dutch but instructions can be given in English if needed.

Antislip trampoline socks (those can be bought at reception for 2.50 euros). Bring your own water bottle

TUESDAYS: 2.15PM – 3PM
Price: €39,50 per month
with citypass/stadspas: €5 per month
