for 6 to 12 year olds

Parkour/Freerunning is not just a cool sport, it helps develop coordination, strength, balance and builds self-confidence. Every week, more than 400 young freerunners join VROG trainings led by experienced and passionate trainers. We focus on personal progress, community feeling and safety.

For young freerunner, we have designed ‘combo’ training, where skills are developped using both the trampoline and the freerunning zones.  A great to develop the basic skills, learn to move with confidence and agility on both soft anf hard surfaces.

FREERUN+ TRAMPOLINE COMBO – 6/7 – LEVEL 1

A 1 hour training combining trampoline skills and freerunning, where kids will learn freerunning essentials, gain confidence, strength and spatial awareness in all safety, under guidance of our trainers.

 Sport clothes and indoor sport shoes with clean soles are mandatory, as well a s antislip trampoline socks (those can be bought at reception for 2.50 euros).  Bring your own water bottle

Saturday: 9:00 – 10:00

Membership from €39.50 per month
1 or 2 training per week

FREERUNNING + TRAMPOLINE COMBO – 8/9 – LEVEL 1

A 1 hour training where you will learn freerunning moves, practising in both trampoline and freerunning zone for maximum fun and progression. Under the  guidance of our trainers, you will build your confidence, strength and skills.

Sport clothes and indoor sport shoes with clean soles are mandatory, as well a s antislip trampoline socks (those can be bought at reception for 2.50 euros). Bring your own water bottle.

An exciting 90mn training where they can gain confidence, strength and learn essential moves, learning skills both on trampolines and in our freerunning zone, under guidance of our trainers.

Sport clothes and indoor sport shoes with clean soles are mandatory as well as antislip trampoline socks (those can be bought at reception for 2.50 euros). Bring your own water bottle
