Parkour/Freerunning is Amsterdam’s fastest growing urban sport. No wonder: it is not only thrilling, it helps build strength, give you chance to explore your limits. Come and challenge yourself across our many parkour zones and join our vibrant community of 350 sporters of all ages and levels.
New to freerunning? Start easy. We have beginners trainings for all ages and new classes coming up soon.
If you have 1 year exeperience and are above aged12, don’t forget to join our regular JAM to meet up, to practice, share tips and hang out. See the JAM schedule on our ‘event‘ page and sign up to our newsletters for updates.
NEW FOR STUDENTS: Via University Sport Centre (USC) you can now also do a training freerunning on Wednesday 7.30-9pm. Register via USC to benefit.
FREERUNNING BEGINNERS 16+
In this 90mn training, you’ll experience the thrill of freerunning and learn the fundamental moves, whilst building strength and agility. This training includes a full warm up.
Sport clothes and indoor sport shoes with clean soles are mandatory. Bring your water bottle
TUE: 7.45 – 9.15pm
WED: 7.30 – 9.00pm (also with special USC deal for students)
THURS: 7.45- 9.15pm
Membership from €55 per month
1 or 2 training per week
5 Times – multipass: €80, valid 3 months
- Membership: 38 weeks. Cancellation before 01 july.
- Flex membership: cancellable 1st of each month, 1 month notice.
