8-16 year olds

Designed by parkour/freerunning experts, and with several zones to explore, VROG offers endless options to practice and develop in freerunning, whatever your level. Hard surfaces replicate the ‘real world’ of outdoor freerunning, and our two high jump ‘performance trampolines’ give you a chance to progress and practice saltos and tricking, all under guidance of experienced trainers.

Every school holiday, we runs children and youth camps where beginners can try-out the sport and make new friends. Camps can be booked online 3 weeks in advance on our ‘holiday’ page.

FREERUNNING 10-12 – LEVEL 1

A 90mn training  parkour/ freerunning for boys and girls, to learn the foundations of freerunning and essential moves, build confidence, strength and agility. You will practice in our freerunning zone as well as on our two ‘super-trampoline’, to develop jumps skills, movement & salto techniques. 
Sport clothes and indoor sport shoes with clean soles are mandatory. Bring your own water bottle.

Saturday: 10:00 – 11:30

Membership from €55 per month

1 or 2 training per week

  • Membership: 38 weeks. Cancellation before 01 july.
  • Flex membership: cancellable 1st of each month, 1 month notice.

FREERUNNING 13-16 – LEVEL 1

A 90mn training  parkour/ freerunning for boys and girls, to learn the foundations of freerunning and essential moves, build confidence, strength and agility. You will practice in our freerunning zone as well as on our two ‘super-trampoline’, to develop jumps skills, movement & salto techniques. The training starts with a solid  warm up to prepare and strengthen the body. 

 Sport clothes and indoor sport shoes with clean soles are mandatory. Bring your own water bottle

Some of our trainings for age group 13 + are led in English by our international trainers.

Monday: 19:45 – 21:15

Wednesday: 19:00 – 20:30

Thursday: 19:45 – 21:15

Saturday: 10:30 – 12:00

FREERUNNING  8/9 – LEVEL 2

This training  is specially designed for experienced freerunners. Are you able to do a kong, precision jumps, and have basic front and back flip technique? Do you have the right focus and self discipline? then you are welcome to join a LEVEL 2 trial lesson so that the trainer can check your level and advice on which traning is best for you to join.
Sport clothes and indoor sport shoes with clean soles are mandatory. Bring your own water bottle

  • Thursday 4.45 – 5.45pm
  • Sunday 9.30 – 10.30am

FREERUNNING JAM

(EXPERIENCED FREERUNNERS ONLY 12+)

VROG hosts regular  FREERUNNING JAM sessions where experienced freerunners (min 1 year of practice, age 12+) get together for an open practice.  A good moment to challenge yourself and explore what you can do in our whole space: various freerunning zones, to learn from each other, share experiences and hang out.

  • During Jams, our café is open for drinks and cold and hot snacks.
  • Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.
