Everyday, more than 400 freerunners from all ages come to practice at Vrog for Freerun and Parkour. Our training  focus on personal progression, peer respect and safety.

You can join at any level. Young freerunners can join our popular ‘combo training’ (for 6 to 12) , which combine freerunning and air track or trampoline practice . A fun way learning the essential moves and techniques of freerunning, practising on both hard and soft surfaces.

More experienced freerunners can join advanced trainings ( level 2)  All our members can also join VROG’s regular jam sessions where forerunners can practice freely, learn from each other and hang out with peer freerunners.
