SPORT TRAINING
Everyweek, more than 300 people from all ages come to our hall for Freerun and Parkour training. Our training focus on personal progression, peer respect and safety. You can join at any level. Young freerunners can join our popular ‘combo training’ (for 6 to 12) , which combine freerunning and air track or trampoline practice. A fun way learning the essential moves and techniques of freerunning, practising on both hard and soft surfaces.More experienced freerunners can join advanced trainings ( level 2).
