Parkour/Freerunning is Amsterdam’s fastest growing urban sport. No wonder: it is not only thrilling, it helps build strength, give you chance to explore your limits.

Come and challenge yourself across our many parkour zones and join our vibrant community of 400 freerunners of all ages and levels.

New to freerunning? Start easy. We have beginners trainings for all ages and new classes coming up soon.

FREERUNNING BEGINNERS 16+

In this 90mn training, you’ll experience the thrill of freerunning and learn the fundamental moves, whilst building strength and agility. This training includes a full warm up.

Sport clothes and indoor sport shoes with clean soles are mandatory. Bring your water bottle

TUE: 19.45 – 21.15
THURS: 20.45- 22.15

Membership from €55 per month
1 or 2 training per week

  • Membership: 38 weeks. Cancellation before 01 july.
  • Flex membership: cancellable 1st of each month, 1 month notice.
