VROG started in 2015 in Amsterdam Oost with a unique vision: bringing together trampoline and freerunning. It became quickly one of Amsterdam most popular freerunning training centre with 400 members of all ages. In 2022, with the new venue on Mr Visserplein (previously the indoor playground called TunfFun) comes a new vision: to build a unique community at the heart of Amsterdam, for movement lovers, with freerunning, urban dance, trampoline and other urban sports.

Come and explore our vast parkour freerunning zone, trampoline facilities, a unique fully fitted dance studio, a central forum for dance battles, demos and events, exciting ninja parcours for kids and groups,  a café with a mezzazine with a spectacular view on the sport.
