With 3000m2 dedicated to urban sport and urban dance, VROG can host large groups and offers a wide range of activities for all taste and ages:

• Trampoline
• Hiphop, K pop and breakdance workshops (on request)
• And of course freerunning!

Our Dutch and English speaking trainers focus on technique & skills, coordination and focus and can deliver one-time sessions as well as longer term program over the school year.

Many schools and day care organisations have already enjoy sport activities at VROG, wether local or international school, as well as schools from out of Amsterdam coming for daytrip. Get in touch and let us design a great program for you!
