8-16 year olds

Designed by parkour/freerunning experts, and with several zones to explore, VROG offers endless options to practice and develop in freerunning, whatever your level. Hard surfaces replicate the ‘real world’ of outdoor freerunning. Airbag, air track and performance trampolines give you a chance to move differently, progress and practice jumps and tricking, all under guidance of experienced trainers.

Every school holiday, we runs children and youth camps in various formats ( 1 to 4 days) where beginner can try-out the sport and make new friends. Camps can be booked online 3 weeks in advance on our ‘holiday’ page.

FREERUNNING 10-12

A 90mn to learn the foundations of freerunning and essential moves, build confidence, strength and agility. The training starts with a solid 30mn warm up to prepare and strengthen the body.

Sport clothes and indoor sport shoes with clean soles are mandatory. Bring your own water bottle

FREERUNNING 13/16

Girls are welcome in all our freerunning training, but we also have a 90mn training dedicated to young female freerunners. Learn the essential moves, gain confidence, join an exciting community, under guidance of one of our trainers.

This training  is specially designed for young freerunners who have already completed 10 ‘combo’ training and are really for new challenges. This training can be joined by  ‘invitation only’ from our trainer.

This  90 mn training is designed for advanced freerunning, who have already done at least 10 ‘combo’ training with us and know all essentials moves.This training can be joined by  ‘invitation only’ from our trainer.

FREERUNNING ADVANCED 13/16

A challenging training for experienced freerunners who already master all basic techniques. This training is 90mn and includes a full warm up. Enrol via trainer’s invitation only.

FREERUNNING JAM

(EXPERIENCED FREERUNNERS ONLY 12+)

VROG hosts regular  FREERUNNING JAM sessions where experienced freerunners (min 1 year of practice, age 12+) get together for an open practice.  A good moment to challenge yourself and explore what you can do in our whole space: various freerunning zones. 3 hours to learn from each other, share experiences and hang out.

  • During Jams, our café is open for drinks and cold and hot snacks.
  • Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed.
